The company returns and exchanges this product in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Return terms

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", exchange and return are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase of a product of proper quality.

The exchange of a product of proper quality for a similar one is carried out if it:
has not been used and if its marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, and labels are preserved; and if at the time of exchange a similar product is not available for sale, the consumer has the right either to purchase any other goods from the available assortment with the corresponding recalculation of the cost, or to terminate the contract and receive back the money in the amount of the value of the returned product, or to exchange the product for a similar one at the first arrival of such a product for sale.

The money paid for the product is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and if it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the contract — within another period agreed upon by the parties, but no later than within 7 days.

Please note: if you, for example, bought shoes and used them on the very first day, and then realized that the size does not fit or you do not like the color, such a product can no longer be returned, since even minor but noticeable traces of wear will remain, which automatically categorizes the product as "used."

Return shipping of goods is paid by the buyer.

By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172, the List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) has been determined, namely: food products, medicines and remedies, hygiene items.

In addition, the List includes the following non-food items:

  • photographic films, plates, photographic paper;

  • corsetry goods;

  • perfumery and cosmetic products;

  • feather and down products;

  • soft toys;

  • rubber inflatable toys;

  • toothbrushes;

  • mouthpieces;

  • shaving devices;

  • shaving brushes;

  • combs and massage brushes;

  • mutes (for wind musical instruments);

  • violin chin rests;

  • gloves;

  • fabrics;

  • tulle curtain and lace fabrics;

  • carpet products sold by the meter;

  • underwear (briefs, long johns, thermal underwear, undershirts);

  • bed linen;

  • hosiery;

  • goods in aerosol packaging;

  • printed publications;

  • linear and sheet metal products, pipe products, lumber, moldings (plinth, casing), panel materials;

  • materials (fiberboard and chipboard, plywood) and glass cut or trimmed to the size specified by the buyer (customer);

  • audio and video cassettes, discs for laser reading systems with recordings;

  • products made of natural and artificial hair (wigs);

  • goods for infants (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.);

  • manicure and pedicure tools (scissors, files, etc.);

  • jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, organic gemstones, and semi-precious stones.
