Terms of return

According to the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection», exchange and return is possible within 14 days from the date of registration buying goods of proper quality.

Exchange of goods of good quality for a similar product is made if it is:

has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved, and if at the time of the exchange a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other products from the available assortment with the corresponding recalculation of the cost, or to terminate the contract and receive a refund in the amount of the value of the returned product, or to exchange the product for a similar product as soon as the product is put on sale.

The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the agreement, and if it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the agreement, at another time as agreed by the parties, but not later than within 7 days.

Please note that if, for example, you bought shoes and used them on the very first day, and then realized that the size did not fit you or you did not like the color, it is no longer possible to return such goods, as there will be slight but still noticeable traces of wear, which will automatically put the goods in the «used» category.

Return delivery of goods is paid by the buyer.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 No. 172 defines List of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange (return), The company's main products are food, medicines and sanitary items.

  • toothbrushes;

  • shaving lubricants;

  • gloves;
  • fabrics;
  • tulle and lace fabrics;
  • carpet products are meter-long;
  • underwear (underpants, underpants, thermal underwear, T-shirts);
  • bed linen;
  • hosiery;
  • goods in aerosol packaging;
  • print media;
  • line and sheet metal products, pipe products, lumber, moldings (skirting boards, platbands), and tiles;
  • materials (wood fiber and chipboards, plywood) and glass, cut or cut to the size specified by the buyer (customer);
